HOUSEKEEPER – KNIGHTSBRIDGE

Location – Knightsbridge

Bespoke Britannia is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Housekeeper for a private household in central London. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the households’ operations and ensuring its smooth running of the home. We are looking for a skilled Housekeeper who has flexibility to meet the demands of a busy household, when the family are is residence for five months of the year and to assist in maintaining the property when the family are out of residence.

General Duties

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the entire home.

  • Have strong experience working within a UHNW family and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.

  • Handle laundry, including luxury garments, with expertise – To include managing the wardrobe of the principals.

  • Assist with household duties to include shopping, attending to the family dog to exclude walking.

  • Handle laundry, including luxury garments, with expertise.

  • General duties include but are not limited to cleaning, washing, ironing, hoovering and dusting, changing bedding and laundry.

  • Ensuring that the correct products are used for cleaning, maintenance of antique furniture and other delicate materials.

CANDIDATE requirements

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role – Minimum 3 years

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality, and provides exceptional service

  • Work well within a team and autonomously, with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Show initiative in identifying and reporting any maintenance required

PACKAGe

  • The client is offering a long-term PAYE role for the right candidate, £40 -50K DOE. Please note this is a live out role.
  • Hours –  9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, when the couple is not in residence (7 months of the year)
  • Provide ultimate flexibility when the couple is in residence (5 months of the year), working one day on and one day off from 7:30am until finish which will vary depending on the couples schedule.
